Why is this oil spill a problem? All we need is an iPhone, right?

2. May 2010 20:32 / Leave a Comment / Alan Spicer

Can’t we use iPhones to like absorb the oil spill or something? I mean iPhones do everything don’t they?

Can they put a bunch of iPhones in a net or something and use them to soak up all the oil?

Are you smarter than a 5th Grader “Alien” ?

2. May 2010 06:04 / 1 Comment / Alan Spicer

History Channel is running a series “Ancient Aliens” which is quite interesting.

A lot of modern programming and information available from the Internet are changing some peoples opinions about a lot of things.

One of the National Treasure movies pokes fun at …

“How did a bunch of guys with hand tools build all this?”

“Aliens helped them”

…

So this blog post is not an answer … but it is a question. Perhaps a lot of questions…

What if we didn’t invent anything???? What if the telegraph, the telephone, radio, … etc were given to us as clues from someone, or some thing, else… ?

We are very intelligent beings. Or so we think. Maybe things are relative … relative to time, relative to location, relative to time and location (in the universe).

It’s possible that other species from other part of the galaxy might be more advanced. Not because they are better necessarily … but because in their “Time Frame” of development they arrived at capabilities (technologies?) at an earlier time.

So perhaps they came here … but were not able to offer too much at one time, based upon our own time frame of development. But they were able to offer clues … which we could develop into capabilities and technologies ourselves. Which could be why previous cultures and societies could have documented visits by such “extraterrestrial” beings in their methods of communications … which might be dances and masks and stories. “They try to describe what they saw with their current language”.

This is not to detract from any patent or claim or belief of “inventing” something. How ever you win at life. you win. However you win at a card game … usually you win.

Anyway, if we got help, can we get more? such as how to fix a supposedly “starting to be broken planet”?

… And Thank You … (I think?)

P.S. I’m not trying to tell anyone any answer. I am trying to ask anyone a question(s).

P.S. You know that I’m going to be abducted by aliens after this blog posting. … or not.
