I have a proposal … The Marine 4G LTE Alliance

A Member based non-profit Alliance of Marine Dealers, Resellers, Yacht Chandlers, and Yachts Themselves

The only requirements would be:

* Free Membership - No cost to join

* An interest in products (e.g. Ericsson 4G Mobile Broadband Voice and Internet Routers) that can provide 4G LTE for Faster Internet when in range of 4G cellular networks, and fall back capability to 3G and 2G networks when 4G is not available. You want it on your yacht … or you are a reseller that wants to provide them for yachts that want them.

* Members are Marine Dealers and other Resellers

* Associate Members are Yacht Owners or their representatives (Captains, etc.)

* We’ve been providing Ericsson W25 and W35 for some years now and everyone on boats have loved them. We are trying to make available 4G LTE products now as well. But we need strength in NUMBERS of people that want new 4G LTE Cellular-based Fast Internet Products for their yachts and boats - in order to show the manufacturers that we are here, and we want these products NOW. 4G is already available in many areas of the country by the major cellular carriers. Many of you would like to upgrade your equipment to 4G so you can use the new service, the faster speeds, in areas where it is available. Those that don’t have 3G or 4G would rather get 4G LTE Marine Internet Systems now rather than be left on the 3G service.
