Every company in cellular devices talks “Mobile to Mobile” when they really only intend on putting them in buildings … I’m in a truly mobile market, marine. (oops! You meant machine-to-machine.)
If you added a phone jack (analog RJ-11) to this thing you’d be talking!!! not only as a catch phrase but boats / yachts could TALK as in voice phone calls. It’s a standard to have a PBX on most yachts. So we’ve deployed Ericsson gear which has the voice phone jack. But Ericsson are being a PITA about their new 4G thing and are only letting a Rural Carrier “Alliance” have it. So we’re stuck still selling a 3G+ Ericsson device that has the phone jack I’m talking about.
Now if you could do the phone jack and also make a model for the AT&T / GSM / UMTS / 4G LTE side of the equation … you would be Just Golden.
