This is a complete system – including a topside fiberglass omni-directional antenna, Coax cable run with the proper connectors already on it, and the Cellular 4G + 3G Radio Router Main Unit all in one “Marine Package”. The system can plug in to an existing network … or can be a main router for the boat. It can handle 1 more WAN/Internet connection – and can be used to switch between another system and itself for Cellular 3G – 4G Internet on your marine vessel.

**** Note: This doesn’t do voice telephone – this is an Internet Solution that can work for a “working” yacht that travels. The antenna covers all of the bands required and the radio-modem does as well (handles 4G and 3G [even 2 and 2.5G] as well.) If you already have a cellular equipment for voice telephone for your PBX keep it! If not we can set you up with that as well … but it’s a separate equipment. We could also set you up with a VOIP Provider for Voice Telephone if desired … this is the way Voice Telephone is going anyway. 4G doesn’t have voice telephone. 4G will be implementing something *like* VOIP called VoLTE. The cellular carriers are “working on it” to implement VoLTE in their services … but who knows the status and where in the world (besides the U.S.) VoLTE works. If you had a VOIP provider you know it works whenever you have a 3G or 4G Internet connection from THIS SYSTEM.
**** This system works on (4G) LTE Band 17 (700 MHz), and Band 4 (AWS) – If you travel to a geographic location that doesn’t use these two bands for 4G LTE then THIS SYSTEM will fall back to 3G – if no 3G then 2.5 or 2.0 G.
